How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, simply contact us at support@hishroom.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging (except where a product defect is the reason for return)
  • Digital products and opened supplement strips are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless faulty

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
